Mr. Ficken is currently a Partner at Quadriga Partners, a healthcare financial advisory firm he co-founded in 2009.  Mr. FIcken has over sixteen years of merger, acquisition, and capital raising experience.  Prior to founding Quadriga, he formed the Healthcare Group at Headwaters MB, leading a team focused on buyside, sellside, and capital raising initiatives exclusively in healthcare services.  Jason previously worked for Morgan Stanley in New York, where he concentrated on M&A execution.  Prior to Morgan Stanley, Jason worked for Koch Industries, Inc. in the company's private equity and M&A groups.
 
Jason holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Wichita State University
